Xavier Goodridge is a young winemaker from Bendigo with a passion for minimal intervention wines. He shepherds organic fruit into bottle with nothing but a small (25ppm) lick of sulphur and likes to keep the process as simple as possible.
Strawberries and cream, red fruit and a deep pink colour. Racy acidity and some salinity keep things moving and the bottle emptying. This is well-rounded, unfiltered, unadulterated rosé goodness.
