Red and dark fruits intermingle with minerality through the nose. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, blueberry and bramble are abundant. Touches of leather and pepper add some complexity. The palette is a similar affair with more direction from black plum and medicinal elements of liquorice and eucalyptus popping up. This is quite a bold wine but the tannic structure is not overpowering. Pair with baked Eggplant or a roast chicken in herbs and spices.
