I think this might be the first time we have sold a wine in a can as far as I can remember. A sparkling rose made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah from the Yarra Valley.
The colour is awesome, like liquid Turkish delight. The nose shows aromas of rose water, ripe raspberries, a lick of herbaceousness. Bright acidity on the front palate, sour cherries, Granny Smith apple skin and orange peel. Slightly creamy with a dry finish, this has got to be a staple for those looking for their new park wine fix.
