Central Victorian skin contact white wine bringing together fragrant Mt Alexander Riesling fermented on skins over 3 weeks, with Heathcote Fiano pressings and very oxidative handling. This wine comes together over 4 weeks as the various portions are compiled and ferments on full solids in stainless before finishing life in barrel.

Super savoury and spiced and best enjoyed very cold!
