Back from a year of absence. The Gewürztraminer was kept 14 days on skins and pressed to tank.
Key is to not lose acidity and I strongly believe we nailed it. Super complex, Turkish delight, rose petal, white pepper with freshly cut lemon to keep it moving.
Just like a peaceful march where all colours, races and religions take part and nobody stops walking!
