Riesling from the organically farmed Clos du Tertre vineyard in Frankland. Fermented by native yeast on skins for 6 days. This year we supplemented it with a small component of Sauvignon Blanc from our Mount Barker vineyard fermented on the same Riesling skins. This has helped add a little depth and breadth to the palate while retaining those distinctive Riesling aromas and flavours.
