Single-vineyard Frankland River clone 95 Chardonnay. This saw a 3-week long carbonic maceration, then was foot-stomped for a few more days’ fermentation before being basket-pressed to older oak.
Has a very complex and spicy nose with orange peel, dried mango, crème caramel, cinnamon, curry spice, sage and a distinct autumnal character. Layered, with a complex, more-ish palate.
