All from organic fruit and hand-harvested. A blend of 40% Gewürztraminer, 30% Pinot Gris and 30% Muscat all from Alsace. The whole lot is destemmed and sits on skins for 4 weeks in stainless.
No filtration and no sulfites at any stage.
Floral roses and jasmine, lychee, brown stalk, and grated nutmeg. Has a rosewater feel but a tannic backbone that builds the body from mid to end. Super interesting blend and fun to drink.
