LEEONA BIANCOis a blend of Trebbiano 40%, Malvasia 40% and Grechetto 20%. It comes from individual parcels at 350masl to 510masl that are between 25 and 55 years of age. Exposure is South-West and soil is a composition of clay, gravel & sand.
Hand-harvested. 20 days Maceration on skins. Spontaneous fermentation on native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months and in bottle for a further 12 months before release. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13.5% Alc.
