It was a great season, long and cool with plenty of rain resulting in fruit of a very high quality when it came off the vine. Great flavor ripeness at relatively low sugar levels meant we were able to pick early to keep the alcohol level low (10.5%!) whilst still having exceptional flavor in the wine.
