This light red consists primarily of Syrah that was fermented on skins for about 4 days, with a bit direct-press Syrah and some Chardonnay. The Syrah comes from a vineyard in the McLaren Vale and the Chardonnay is from Hahndorf. Fermented and aged in two barrels. Bottled under crown cap.
Notes: Uplifting and floral, light-bodied. Cheerful and fun but also great with light food.
