2019 Domaine in Black This is Muska

Domaine in Black is from Saint Pierre in Alsace, France. A small 2 hectare estate established in 2019. They work with vines certified organic since 1997 with some biodynamic application used in the vineyard. All movement of the wine in the winery is done via gravity and the wines are bottled with no additions.

This is Muska is a blend of Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains, Muscat Rouge and Muscat Ottonel macerated on skins as whole bunches for 2 weeks. WOW! Such an incredibly intoxicating aroma of flowers, preserved stonefruit and light spices. Mouth watering acidity and a very fine bitterness on the finish. This is a powerful wine but also quite delicate and soft.
