No synthetic chemicals are used, and the soils are constantly ploughed creating beautiful, healthy vineyards. Grapes are harvested by hand, which is difficult work among the steep slopes of Arbois and Cotes du Jura. The commitment to quality viticulture extends into the cellar where they produce balanced, mineral-driven wines that could only come from the Jura. The wines always exhibit a focused purity and intensity of flavour which maintain the cool climate typicity of this mountainous region.

Snapshot

Region: Arbois, Jura

Country: France

Vintage: 2022

Alcohol: 13%

Size: 750ml

Closure: Cork

Varietal: Chardonnay

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2650/0856/files/IMAGE_0ca8bc92-d50f-40b8-a6d8-a6935cc97301.png?v=1702370050
2022-les-dolomies-bulles-petillant-naturel
2022 Les Dolomies 'Bulles' Pétillant Naturel

Region: Jura | Type: Pet Nat | Style: Natural

About The Wine

A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay (Les Boutonniers) and Savagnin (Prémice), this gently sparkling pét-nat is coarsely filtered and bottled mid-fermentation, retaining 20–30 g/L of natural residual sugar.

It pours lightly hazy with a soft, fine bead.
