It has been said in some circles that Sven Enderle and Florian Moll produce some of the best, most impressive and unique wines in all of Germany. Their Muller Thurgau’s are damn exceptional! Their approach to agriculture and winemaking leaves them pretty detached from the rest of the region as they manage their vineyards without any chemicals, fertilisers and pesticides and the wines are made without any corrections in the winery. Check these dudes out, they’re truly something else.
Such an aromatic wine! 25% of the wine is macerated on skins to add volume and lick of tannin. Juicy stonefruits like apricot and peach and green apple acidity.
