3 fresh and delicious skin contact wines. All a different shade. Made for youthful drinking. Enjoy.
2020 Transmission Wine Co Sauvignon Blanc
Tropical nose of peach and gooseberry with mandarin and green capsicum. The palate shows some more muted tropical flavours, grapefruit, dried pineapple and some grassy notes.
2020 Express Winemakers L'Orange
Riesling and Semillon from the organically farmed L’enclos Du Tertre vineyard in the Great Southern’s Frankland River sub-region. Hand picked on the same day, parcels were fermented separately for an average of six days on skins before basket pressing to a combination of mature oak and ceramic egg. The 2020 version is as aromatic as ever with aromas of white flower and citrus and a mouthful of fresh tannins, in the nicest possible way.
2020 Paradise Falls Blush
Yuuuuum! This is a very tasty wine. Mainly Pinot Gris from the Yarra Valley, a portion of which was left on skins for 10 days, the other 30% direct pressed. Elevage in old Gewurz barrels to give beautiful aromatics. A small amount of oxidative Riesling was also added to the wine which really adds a nice flavour. Lots of bitter orange, red sweets, and some salinity on the finish. No adds, just grapes, thanks Pete.
