2018 Brand Pur Cider
The recommendation from the Brand Bros is shake and wait. Being undisgorged, there is natural sediment. We suggest that you give it a gentle shake and then leave for about 30 minutes in the fridge prior to opening. Dry, fresh, energetic, fruity and delicate natural cider that screams apples with twist of citrus acidity curling its way around the finish.

This is a gastronomic wonder. Local organically farmed and wild apple, pear and quince - crushed and the pressed through straw (cut from the farm), run to barrel an topped with garganega and savagnin skins.
This is medium bodied, dry cider with wonderfully chalky phenolic structure and a delicious mix of fruit and savoury character. Of course, this is so wonderful as an aperitif but please do keep a bottle in the fridge to have with food. If I was forced to choose between wine and cider with my dinner......I reckon nine times out of ten I'd choose cider like this one. The structure is simply sublime when it comes to food matching, and also very versatile.

Beautiful colour – very clear. Delicate perfumes, honey drops, apples, flowers. Quite crisp and fresh and super lightweight. You get the sandy mineral influence on the finish. More refined, very easy and delicious. Lingering minerality. Tiny bubbles. Gentle. Minuscule bubbles. Honey, mandarin, florals, blood oranges. More finesse. Very tasty. Mid palate is light but that’s the style and it works really well.
