2021 Tom Shobbrook 'Poolside' Syrah
Tom Shobbrook's becoming was the first vintage of Poolside. Yet to be named, it had big things awaiting. A pretty Syrah Rosé was borne from the sandy soils of Barossa's Vine Vale. A thing of beauty.

2021 DEFIALY 'Old Dog, New Tricks' Carmenere
Dark, rich crimson. Savoury green peppers & rich dark fruits up front integrates seamlessly into the silkiness of the mouthfeel & tanins. Slight sourness but rich at the same time with bright acidity and length.
2021 Riley Harrison 'Fleur De La Lune' Grenache
Characterised by its perfume; white flowers, ripe raspberry and a dusting of baker's spice. A subtle, savoury earthiness weaves purposefully through the silty, gypsum-like tannins to provide a framework to house the abundance of bright, red berry fruit.
2021 Sigurd Rosé
Grenache, Carignan, Viognier, Mourvedre, Syrah, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris. All sourced from a mixture of the heavier cropping blocks all across the Barossa, the fruit is picked early for the Rose separately for freshness.
2021 Jauma 'Tikka' Shiraz
Shiraz and Grenche handlpicked in McLaren Vale. 85% Ralphs dry grown Shiraz, 15% Lillies Octogenarian Grenache. Super smooth, dark raspberry aromas and complex tones of undergrowth and spice. Yum.
