From a demanding, but much loved 14-acre vineyard in St Andrews, VIC (on the fringe of the Yarra Valley), Oscar Hermann is dedicated to honing his craft making utterly enjoyable, uncomplicated wine.

Slowly converting to organic practices (patience is a virtue in winemaking), Oscar and his very small team lovingly farm Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon amongst others.

We’ve never tasted a wine from Oscar that hasn’t awoken our senses and curiosity. They are made thoughtfully with integrity and minimal intervention. The focus is on getting everything right in the vineyard and paying attention to the details to eliminate any need for alterations or adding anything bar a dash of sulphur.
