2021 Good Intentions 'Relatively Red' Syrah

From 100% Syrah, this is a old time favourite from the good intentions range. It's made from a very tiny vineyard (- the only Shiraz in the area) in Kogonrong, part of the limestone coast. It's always been a light crunchy red, with lot of juiciness and drinkability.
The grapes went through a carbonic maceration for a week, left with the stems until the pressing, aged in stainless steel to keep these delicious primary fruits characters.
