Moreau crafted Chablis of such texture, depth and sheer hedonistic pleasure that his wines felt revolutionary. A devotee of legends like Vincent Dauvissat, Didier Dagueneau and Nadi Foucault of Clos Rougeard, Stéphane embodied the free-spirited generosity that defines Burgundy's greatest growers.
