This is a new wine intended as a partner for Small Town, with a similar smashable vibe. It’s a blend of Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling, which has had a bit of skin-contact and a bit of co-fermentation, followed by six months on lees. It’s a riot of florals with a touch of tropical fruit.
